How Do I Redeem Points and Use My Points for Free Parking?
As a member of The Spot Club, you earn points every time you stay with us. Members earn four points accumulate for every dollar spent. Spot Club points earned help you achieve Gold and Platinum status and also can be redeemed for free parking days.
We are constantly improving the process and systems to reserve parking at The Parking Spot. This is how you redeem parking points now: Once you have accumulated some parking points, you can redeem them before you start your reservation process.
If you have an existing reservation for which you want to use points, you will have to cancel it and make another reservation.
If you have already checked in for your stay, you will not be able to redeem your points. All points must be redeemed prior to checking in.
- Log in to your Spot Club account and select Redeem Points before selecting your dates.
- Choose your airport, dates, and times and Reserve as normal.
- Select the parking type for this reservation. This screen shows you how many points are required for the entire stay whether you have enough points or not.
- Apply your available points to each day in your stay. If you don’t have enough points for your entire stay, you are able to pick a Pay Now or Pay Later for the remainder.
- Your reservation summary will show you how your points have been applied and translates it into a dollar amount. If you are happy with your choices, complete your reservation.
