ABOUT PHX
A civil-military public airport three miles southeast of the downtown area, the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is Arizona’s largest and busiest airport, and among the largest commercial airports in the U.S. In 2019, PHX served 46,288,337 passengers. PHX covers 3,400 acres at an elevation of 1,135 ft. The airport has three parallel concrete/grooved runways.
The airport’s private airplane area is one of eight service centers for the Medevac Airline Air Evac.

Nursing stations are located in Terminal 2 near the men's room in the walkway between the ticket counters and checkpoint, in Terminal 3 at the baggage claim elevators on Level 5 (pre-security) and on Level 4 across from Gate F5 (post-security), and in Terminal 4 next to the family restroom on Level 3, next to the family restroom on the upper level of gates B15-22, directly after passing through Security Checkpoint D, and on the north end of the A17-30 concourse.
