The Parking Spot Reservation Terms and Conditions

General Reservation Terms 

  • The Parking Spot's rates, fees and charges are calculated "per day" based on 24- hour blocks of time. A “day” begins when your reservation is actually checked-in at the facility (e.g., scanning a reservation QR code or theSpotClub® QR code) and every 24 hours after such actual check-in time. In other words, a "day" is a 24-hour period.
  • Back‑to‑back reservations (e.g., January 17th to 19th and January 19th to January 23rd for a single continuous stay) will not be accepted.
  • Two vehicles cannot be parked at any time under one theSpotClub® Account.
  • You may make changes to your reservation up to one (1) hour prior to the stated reservation entry date/time selected during booking. However, changes to the reservation may cause the entire reservation amount due to be recalculated at the rates effective as of the change date, not the rates effective on the date of the reservation booking.
  • In order to redeem a reservation for the quoted or charged amount and not incur any additional fees or charges, guests must: (1) enter within the Reservation Arrival Window and stay only the number of days stated in your reservation, (2) park at the facility noted on the reservation and (3) park in the correct parking type noted on the reservation.
  • The highest available discount at the time of booking will be applied and discounts cannot be combined. 

Pay Now Reservation Terms

  • Pay Now reservations are non-refundable. No theSpotClub® Points will be earned for any cancelled or no-show Pay Now reservations.
  • Your credit card will be charged in full for all days reserved (the "Reservation Period") at the time of Pay Now booking. 
  • After check-in, no refunds will be issued for any unused days if you choose to leave before your scheduled check-out time and date. 
  • Pay Now reservations will be honored during the period of 9 pm the day before the reservation check in date and reservation check out time ("Reservation Arrival Window"). 
  • Example: A guest with a reservation for anytime on July 3rd can commence their reservation beginning at 9 pm July 2nd up until the reserved check out day/time. 
  • If you stay longer than the Reservation Period, the first 24 hours will incur charges and fees at the average daily rate of your Reservation, or the drive-up rate displayed at the time of entry, whichever is less. Any additional days after the first 24 hours will incur charges and fees at the drive-up rate displayed at the time of your entry. Coupons may not be used for any days stayed past the Reservation Period. theSpotClub® Points will not be accepted at exit for any overstays. 
  • Any additional charges as a result of reservation changes will be charged to the credit card used to make your Pay Now reservation. 
  • Customers may enter and exit the facility more than once during their Reservation Period by scanning their QR code at exit and entry. 
  • In addition to the Pay Now Terms above, the following terms apply specifically to Basic parking reservations:
    • Basic parking is available as Pay Now only and is nonrefundable.
    • No theSpotClub® Points can be earned or redeemed for Basic Pay Now parking reservations.
    • No coupons or discounts are applicable to Basic Pay Now parking reservations.
    • Basic parking reservations can only be modified to Standard or Premium parking at the rates effective at the time of modification. No refunds will be issued if the new reservation results in a lower rate.

 

Pay Now Flex and Travel Credit Reservation Terms

 

  • Where available, the terms of this section shall only apply to Pay Now Flex reservations 
  • Your credit card will be charged in full for all days reserved (the "Reservation Period") at the time of Pay Now Flex booking.
  • Pay Now Flex reservations will be honored during the period of 9 pm the day before the reservation check in date and reservation check out time ("Reservation Arrival Window"). 
    • Example: A guest with a reservation for anytime on July 3rd can commence their reservation beginning at 9 pm on July 2nd up until the reserved check out day/time.
  • After check-in, no refunds will be issued for any unused days if you choose to leave before your scheduled check-out time and date.
  • If you stay longer than the Reservation Period, the first 24 hours will incur charges and fees at the average daily rate of your Reservation, or the drive-up rate displayed at the time of entry, whichever is less. Any additional days after the first 24 hours will incur charges and fees at the drive-up rate displayed at the time of your entry. Coupons may not be used for any days stayed past the Reservation Period. theSpotClub® Points will not be accepted at exit for any overstays.
  • Any additional charges as a result of reservation changes will be charged to the credit card used to make your Pay Now Flex reservation.
  • Customers may enter and exit the facility more than once during their Reservation Period by scanning their QR code at exit and entry.
  • Pay Now Flex is available for Standard and Premium parking types only. 
  • Pay Now Flex allows cancellations, and Pay Now Flex reservations may be cancelled up to one hour prior to check in time.
  • Upon cancellation of a Pay Now Flex reservation, you will receive a Travel Credit equivalent to the dollar-value paid for the reservation including parking taxes and fees.
  • All reservation fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the Travel Credit amount. Further, amounts paid for ancillary services such as a car wash will be refunded back to the original form of payment.
  • Travel credits have no cash value.
  • If you modify a Pay Now Flex reservation and the revised reservation results in a lower total cost, you will receive a Travel Credit for the difference. 
  • Travel credits are redeemable toward reservations by The Parking Spot and may only be used to book a reservation with The Parking Spot on our app or Website.
  • Travel credits expire 6 months from the original reservation booking date.
  • Travel Credits may not be issued for:
    • Basic Pay Now reservations
    • The Parking Spot reservation fee
    • Reservations at Partner Locations 
    • No show or under stays 
    • Monthly Subscriptions or Monthly Subscription cancellations
    • Reservations made through the Travel Agent portal
    • Ancillary services such as a car wash 
  • Travel credits are non-redeemable for bookings processed via external third-party platforms.
  • Travel Credits are stored as a Travel Credit bank tied to your theSpotClub® Account and can be found on your theSpotClub® Account dashboard and can be used on future reservations. 
  • When rebooking with Travel Credits, you must pay outstanding fees and taxes with a credit or debit card at the time of purchase.
  • Travel Credits are not transferable and may not be sold, traded or bartered. However, the original recipient of a Travel Credit may arrange travel for another person if done without selling or bartering the Travel Credit. Any sale or barter of a Travel Credit, or any offer to sell or enter into such a transaction, shall render a Travel Credit null and void such that the Travel Credit shall no longer be redeemable by any person, including the original recipient.

Pay Later Reservation Terms 

  • Basic parking is not available for Pay Later reservations.
  • Travel Credits are not available for Pay Later reservations.
  • Pay Later reservations will be honored during the period of 9 pm the day before the reservation date and 3 am the day after the reservation date ("Reservation Arrival Window").
  • Example: A guest with a reservation for anytime on July 3rd can scan the reservation QR code beginning at 9 pm July 2nd up until 3 am July 4th.
  • If you stay longer than the dates noted in your Pay Later reservation, any additional day(s) will incur charges and fees at the drive-up rate displayed at your time of entry. You may use coupons for only the days stayed past the Reservation Period. theSpotClub® Points will not be accepted at exit for any overstays.
  • No coupons are applicable to Pay Later reservations at the time of booking. Coupons may be applied at exit for overstay days only.
  • The Parking Spot does not allow in/out privileges for Pay Later reservations. You cannot enter and exit more than once.

Park N Fly by The Parking Spot Reservation Terms

  • The Parking Spot Pay Now and The Parking Spot Pay Later Terms as herein provided apply to the following Park N Fly by The Parking Spot airport parking facilities: MSP, MIA, OAK and SFO.
  • theSpotClub® Members will be required to pay the applicable reservation fee at Park N Fly by The Parking Spot facilities.
  • Reservation fees at Park N Fly by The Parking Spot facilities shall be waived for theSpotClub® Platinum Members only.

The Parking Spot Partner Locations Reservation Terms

  • Your credit card will be charged in full for all days reserved (the "Reservation Period") at the time of booking including an applicable reservation fee.
  • theSpotClub® Members will be required to pay the applicable reservation fee at Partner Locations.
  • No coupons are applicable to Partner Locations.
  • Entry to Partner Locations will be manually verified at the facility without using a theSpotClub® Account or QR code. Upon entry and exit at a Partner Location, you must print and present proof of payment.
  • Partner Locations do not have the ability to utilize The Parking Spot's mobile app on lot features (for example, scanning a reservation QR code to check in or check out, using a theSpotClub®QR code, Fast Exit or the Find My Shuttle features).Partner Locations do have the ability to use The Parking Spot's mobile app to make a reservation and manage an existing reservation.
  • No refund will be issued for any unused days.
  • Reservations at Partner Locations are refundable and may be cancelled up to 1 hour prior to the reservation check-in time.
  • If you stay longer than the Reservation Period, any additional day(s) will incur charges and fees. Additional charges and fees for overstays may be charged by the Partner Location.
  • No theSpotClub® Points will be earned or redeemed at any Partner Locations.
  • The Parking Spot Partner Locations do NOT allow in/out privileges. You CANNOT enter and exit more than once.

theSpotClub® Program Points Redemption

If you have a theSpotClub® Account, you may visit our Website or App to redeem the Points in your Account for free days of parking at The Parking Spot or Park N Fly by The Parking Spot facilities. Points cannot be redeemed for Basic parking.

  • You must make a reservation to redeem Points.
  • The Parking Spot will honor the reservation on the specified day and at the designated Facility if you arrive at the Facility at the designated check-in time.
  • The number of Points which must be redeemed for a reservation is determined based upon the length of stay, the Facility location, and the service level that you are requesting, all as indicated on the Website or app when you redeem Points. You will be informed of the number of Points required for the free day of parking prior to completing the redemption transaction.
  • Points may be redeemed for one (1) or more full days during a single stay only and must be surrendered at exit.
  • Reservations booked using Pay Now Flex and points may be canceled up to one hour prior to check in. Upon cancellation, all points applied to the reservation will automatically be returned to your Account. Anything paid for in dollars will be returned as Travel Credits. 
  • Reservations booked using the Pay Later and Points option may be canceled at any time prior to check-in. Upon cancellation, all Points applied to the reservation will be automatically returned to your Account.
  • Except as otherwise specified for Pay Now and Points reservations, reservations redeemed in whole or in part with Points may be canceled up to one (1) hour prior to the scheduled check-in time, and the points used will be automatically returned to your Account.

theSpotClub® Program Points and Cancellations

Pay Now and Points Reservations

Reservations booked using the Pay Now and Points option are non-cancelable on our Website or App. In the event a reservation is canceled, any Points applied to the reservation will not be automatically reinstated. 

Pay Later and Points Reservations

Reservations booked using the Pay Later and Points option may be canceled at any time prior to check-in. Upon cancellation, all Points applied to the reservation will be automatically returned to your Account.

Points Cancellation Window

Except as otherwise specified for Pay Now and Points reservations, reservations redeemed in whole or in part with Points may be canceled up to one (1) hour prior to the scheduled check-in time, and the points used will be automatically returned to your Account.
