The Company has the premier management team in the near-airport parking industry, with an established and successful track record of managing growth and profitability through economic cycles, as well as the clear vision and drive to grow the Company both organically and through development and acquisitions.

The core senior leadership team, led by Kevin Shrier, has an average of 20 years of experience in parking, real estate and ground-up development, with an average tenure of more than 10 years at the Company, and has built the Company into the pre-eminent near-airport parking owner-operator.
