Monthly Parking FAQs

What is your cancellation policy?

Your subscription will auto-renew each month on your purchase date. You can cancel at any time by logging into your account and navigating to your Monthly Subscription. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period and your subscription will remain active until your billing period is completed. 

Does my subscription auto renew?

Yes! Your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days from the original date of purchase. You’ll receive an email if there’s an issue with your payment method on file.

If my subscription expires when I exit, can I just pay for the additional day?

Your subscription would need to be active at the time of entry and exit. An inactive subscription at the time of exit will result in being charged the daily drive-up rate for those additional days. The daily rate would be based on your date of entry.

I don’t always fly out of the same airport; can I use the same subscription at different facilities?

Each subscription purchase is associated to that specific facility location only.

Can I share my monthly parking subscription?

The Parking Spot monthly parking subscription is non-transferrable and designed to be used by one person. Parking multiple vehicles at the same time is not allowed. 

Can I apply my corporate/military discount, earn Spot Club points, redeem points or get upgrades?

Not at this time.
